Muscles are a great way to add something special to your meal.  They are quick and easy to prepare.  Serve with the crusty bread and a good bottle of white wine.

Steamed mussels is one of my all time favorite things to make.  Served with a good, crusty bread to soak up the broth (the best part) this is a great light dinner or lunch.
