These are great to make a head of time and grill up when you're ready to dig in.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
24 grape leaves in brine
3 T ketchup
2 T cornstarch
1 T sugar
1 T fish sauce
1 T fresh ground black pepper
2 T soy sauce
2 T minced garlic
1 T chili paste
3 T sherry or rice wine
Instructions
Combine and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours
Roll in the grape leaves as shown in the class
Brush lightly with peanut oil and grill for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
Serve.
