I went to a fab party this weekend and was introduced to this amazing recipe. I couldn't believe how easy and tasty it was.

Make the shrimp ahead of time, then make the tomato puree and refrigerate briefly before composing the cocktails. This dish is a tad complex with quite a few moving parts, but it is awesome and relatively easy once you make your way through it the first time. Also, plenty of the pieces can be done ahead of time. Essentially, it is a more highly evolved version of poached shrimp, served over cold tomato gazpacho, and worth every minute spent on it. SKILLS USED: |
