Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with AndrewZimmern.com, you must contact customer support by email (info@andrewzimmern.com). Every effort will be
made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Customers may exchange T-Shirts for shirts in the same style and a different size, but shirts are not eligible for return, refund, once shipped.

Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.

Shipping Policy for In-Stock Items

All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday) of your payment. We cannot, currently, provide an email notification when your order is shipped, but items marked as "in-stock" will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.

Return Policy - T-Shirts, DVDs

Defective merchandise will be replaced by NEW, non-defective merchandise of the same size/style as the defective merchandise, shipped via First Class Mail (USA) or Airmail (outside of USA) at our cost. If you receive defective t-shirts or DVDs from AndrewZimmern.com, contact info@andrewzimmern.com via email with the subject "Defective Merchandise".

AndrewZimmern.com does not provide refunds for merchandise received by the customer in acceptable condition. Please see "NO REFUNDS", below, for the details of our no refunds policy.

Exchange Policy - T-Shirts

AndrewZimmern.com customers may exchange any number of T-Shirts for replacement T-Shirts in the same style, and a different size. T-Shirts returned to AndrewZimmern.com for an EXCHANGE must be in unwashed, unworn condition, and free of dust, dirt, hair, and odor. To arrange an exchange of your t-shirts, please contact info@andrewzimmern.com with the e-mail subject "Merchandise Exchange", and include your full mailing address along with the sizes/styles of both the original purchase and the shirt(s) you wish to receive in exchange.

AndrewZimmern.com reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the original shirts are returned in washed or worn condition, or if the shirts contain dust, dirt, animal or human hair, or have an objectionable odor. If you plan to exchange your shirts, keep them in a clean area, and contact AndrewZimmern.com for exchange instructions as soon as possible.
