Drunken Chicken

DescriptionThis is one of my wife's favorite meals. I often serve this chicken with simple steamed vegetables and rice which my son enjoys rolled small, like marbles, so he can grip and chew as he likes... I am always asked for this recipe, so here it is:
Ingredients
InstructionsLightly brown chicken in a large pan and pour in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 15-17 minutes. Uncover and reduce sauce to a glaze around chicken. (I usually check sauce for sweetness right when I am 5 minutes from serving, adding a tablespoon of soy if I need to.) Serve with steamed green vegetables seasoned with sea salt, toasted sesame seeds and plenty of rice. Chow down.
