InstructionsMince the onion adn the clove of garlic. Combine with the lime juice and let rest for 30 minutes to allow the garlic to "bloom." Clean the avocadoes and using a fork, combine all the ingredients. Mash, season and serve with chips.

You must eat Pozole from Guerrero, Mole Poblano, Verdolagas, Carnitas, this dish is made out with pig meet and skin, you need to eat some "Pastes" from Hidalgo, volobanes, "olla de mariscos", sopes from Veracruz, Chileatole, "caldo tlalpeño", mixiotes, barbacoa and conzome, "Torta ahogada from Guadalajara", Sopa de lima from Yucatan.
You must taste ever "corn candies", dulces de elote, in september is the good time for them.
Elote Tamalales, they are delightful.
