Description

Another great sauce on the whole shrimp recipe.

While the prep time is minimal, keep in mind that this sauce does best to rest in the fridge for an hour!

Ingredients

  • 1 c plain yogurt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 clv garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh mint, minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilanto, minced
  • 1 hot chili, minced
  • 1 tbsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tbsp coriander seed, ground
  • 0.5 c cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced

Instructions

Combine and let rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then it's ready to serve and enjoy.
