Yeah, how "green" is that? I know that I've been using my oven as a furnace since it got so cold and the heat isn't turned on yet in y building. I've been braising and baking like the dickens...
If I had to pick one in my house it would be the P&P. Too cook on though would be Gramercy. I just know that BBQ would be awesome on that oven. I am big into cooking with the open fire and love to throw different wood types on the fire for a variety of flavor. The P&P sure is pretty on the outside but IMHO a electric stove is an electric stove while cooking over fire allows everyone to add their own special touch
Hmm... after reading you're post, I might have to agree. I don't know if the Gramercy Tavern's stove would do well in my apartment. But when it comes to what I consider real cooking, it could only happen over the wood fired stove.
It looked to me that the Poggenpohl/Porsche kitchen had induction burners, which are neat, but take a lot of fun out of cooking. They are great for baking andpastry work, however....
true dat
Overlooking one thing...
Have to go with the Gramercy
Fire
