Ingredients
InstructionsPlace vinegar, sugar, & pickling spice in a saucepan & heat to boiling. Stir occasionally. Place beets & eggs in a one gallon jar. When mixture reaches a boil remove from heat & add to eggs & beets. Cover & refrigerate for several days. Great with a dash of salt!!!
NotesGrandma used cans of pickled beets, but Mom made fresh pickle juice. The flavor is much more intense.
