Braised Rabbit in Red WIne with Chimmichurri from Andrew Zimmern on Vimeo. Believe it or not, cooking rabbit is easier than you think. Here's a favorite recipe of mine, inspired by my last trip to Argentina: A tender rabbit braised in red wine and served with a chimichurri sauce.

My Sunday afternoon event at the NYC Wine and Food Fest has dozens of famous food carts participating, and over the last few years I have undertaken a rigorous study of street fare around the world. So imagine my surprise when some chef friends of mine from Vegas turned me on to the MUV BOX! This thing opens in minute and turns into a restaurant. Watch the video and prepare to be amazed! Who is going to get one first? This is UNBELIEVEABLE. andrew.zimmern's blogBizarre Foods in the Kitchen: Red Snapper in Banana Leaf

This is going to take a lot of work, and schools will be resistant to change and soda companies wont pull their machines overnight and fryers wont disappear tomorrow…BUT, nothing will ever be achieved if we don’t start doing something right now. Bravo to all my friends and colleagues on the South Lawn with FLOTUS.andrew.zimmern's blogEnglish Bittersweet Lemon Pudding

English Bittersweet Lemon Pudding from Andrew Zimmern on Vimeo. I was introduced to this recipe from our guide in the Kalahari, but it's straight from the UK. Go figure. This English pudding makes for a delightful lemon dessert. Cakey on the top, spongy on the bottom, and delicious all the way through. Yum! andrew.zimmern's blogKiller Black Bean Chili Recipe
