Andy, Your Episode 64 that was originally aired on April 28, 2019 regarding the Outback of Australia where you went in the swamp to pick some plants that was said to be "water/lilies" were not lilies. What you ate that day were lotus. Inside those white "meat" should be a little green hook-like piece that is bitter to the taste; it's ok to eat like the Aussie told you, but you should have removed it. If the shell of the lotus would to turn black (at later date as you leave them on the plant in the swamp), it will be every hard to break; you can chip/break your teeth. I love your show!!
