Description

Roux can be used to thicken just about any sauce, just make sure to cook the flour thouroughly.

Ingredients

  • 2 c liquid (stock or milk)
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T Flour

Instructions

To thicken
Combine together in a small saucepan.
Cook until blonde in color, stirring frequently.
Reserve for use.
