Potato Gratin

Ingredients
InstructionsPeel and slice potatoes thinly.
Slice into water if you don’t work quickly. Layer potatoes, butter, leek and garlic in a 12 inch baking dish. Pour cream into dish and bake at 400 for 1 hour. Let rest for 15 minutes and slice and serve.
