Kickin’ It at Kickapoo

This past weekend, I stopped by the Kickapoo Country Fair. It was a fantasic time-- great food, lots of interesting and very specialized farmers, and all the good people watching you'd expect at a fair. I had a blast, and it was nice meeting lots of Bizarre Foods fans. I also got a chance to whip up two of my favorite recipes. Make them for a group and you'll be the hit of your next neightborhood BBQ. Enjoy!
