I was introduced to this recipe from our guide in the Kalahari, but it's straight from the UK. Go figure. This English pudding makes for a delightful lemon dessert. Cakey on the top, spongy on the bottom, and delicious all the way through. Yum!

I love pudding and lemon, so I really need to test this recipe. It did not look so hard to cook?

Lemon Pudding

My name is Terry Leo and I love cooking. My favorite recipes are Roasted Turkey, Apple Pie, Marble Cake Lemon Pudding and some sweet dishes. I couldn't make them all by myself before. One of the worst things for me is to remember the quantity of ingredients for the recipe. I could never add a single ounce perfectly and usually my recipes are over salted or sweeten by that :( But, everything problem leads to a Solution. That makes a successful story. It is very easy to use. I never make a recipe over salted and my family is happy that i am gonna be a diet conscious person having my sweet little Digital kitchen scale. I look after my Grandma. She is a heart patient.
