Description

This is a pudding-type of dessert that is mouth watering. I've been told after I made it for someone that they actually dreamed about having another piece of it.

Ingredients

  • 2 pk jello no-bake pudding (any flavor, french vanilla is our original)
  • 4 c Milk
  • 1⁄2 pk whipped cream
  • 1 c confectioners sugar
  • 1 pk graham crackers
  • 1 milk chocolate icing (not whipped, and you can use dark chocolate icing if preferred)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, prepare pudding as instructed on the package, store in fridge to halfway set up. In a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 2in baking dish, put a single layer of graham crackers. After the pudding is only halfway set up, mix in the confectioners sugar, and the whipped cream. PourĀ half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers and spread to cover crackers evenly. On top of the pudding, add another layer of graham crackers, and then the other half of the pudding. Put on one more layer of graham crackers and let sit in fridge. While it's in the fridge setting up, melt the container of chocolate icing in the microwave (or broiler method, which ever you prefer) Pour the melted chocolate icing over the entire area of the top, and let it set up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
