This isn't really bizarre, but a much loved combination none-the -less. Get a nice jar of sweet gherkins pickles (whole) and pop them in the fridge/freezer till they are good and cold without quite being frozen. Pour some of the chocolate shell coating on the pickle(comes in a plastic bottle mainly used on ice cream). Coat your pickle well and allow the coating to harden up. After hardening, enjoy! My family came across this accidentally over 30 years ago and have been making it on purpose ever since. Try it. It tastes better than it might sound...
Hi Andrew! I love your show! You should come to Brunei Darussalam, We do eat kinda bizarre food, for example 'Ambuyat'. It is like a glue-look-like jelly, very sticky and tasteless. But very yummy when you dip it with the 'cacah' (spicy gravy-ish). Then you eat with salted fish. VERY YUMMY. Hehe. So, come to Brunei Darussalam!
Mia =)
