Ingredients
InstructionsMince the garlic and add to the oil
Brush the bread slices on both sides with the oil. If you like you can cut slices into pieces roughly 2 inches square. Grill both sides of bread slices over medium direct heat until well ‘toasted’. Reserve for making bruschetta.
