Believe it or not, cooking rabbit is easier than you think. Here's a favorite recipe of mine, inspired by my last trip to Argentina: A tender rabbit braised in red wine and served with a chimichurri sauce.

Looks fantastic! My husband did rabbit grilled with a ginger-peanut sauce once, and we've been stuck in that rut ever since (because it's so good!). I like this take on it...will definitely have to try. Thanks!~ Kim
