Anything that is slimey textured or smells raunchy like durian or certain fish . Yuck I must say since watching your show I have opened myself up to trying a lot more items. My mom was not the good cook so we had meat and potatoes most of the time. I was scared of most foods ...I may not have a wide palate yet or like the smell of many foods but I do appreciate them more.

Why would you even make something that isn't exactly cheese and must be called cheese food? Also, I love bagels and cream cheese, but I hate the word "shmear".
